Rflong7/13, MichelleBrujah and Lennon777 in ‘How Green Was My Sunset Valley’
Place your bets now for Rflong7/13 to scoop the 2013 Best Actress Oscar for her starring role in the epic production:
It started like all blockbusters with a secondary actress as the damsel in distress.
Like all great epics, it touches on classic themes of the genre (editing tools and CAW tools), but also gives a nod to the comtemporary (Mac users getting shafted).
Enter the leading lady.
Now for the dilemma and the twist in the plot – the damsel in distress’s quest concerns a place that holds bitter memories for the heroine, a place of betrayal and unspeakable bumnuggetry.
But she conquors those demons of the past (or should that be evil fairies?) and sees with stunning clarity the solution that lies not in what MichelleBrujah thinks she sees, but what in fact she is failing to see!
After some misunderstanding comes the breakthrough.
It wouldn’t be a true blockbuster without the handsome hero who stumbles and bumbles as he tries to win the heart of the fair midden that has came into his life and sent into turmoil his peaceful life of the Cowplant Dairy on the hills.
Little does she know that he has a secret identity, when he wears his Underpants Of Destiny outside his trousers, he becomes Captain Obvious!
But at last the lead comes forth with the resolution – victory is at hand! The valley is restored to its ancient lustre.
Cue scenes of gushing gratitude, lots of hugs and ‘Oh Rflong7/13!’, ‘Oh MichelleBrujah!’ and one half of the audience going ‘oh isn’t it wonderful?’ whilst the other half goes ‘oh isn’t it nauseating’.
Pan out cameras, switch to sweeping majestic panoramic visions of Sunset Valley reborn in its greenest splendour, turn up the volume on the finale soundtrack and get those orchestral strings pumping out the maple syrup!
