For what it’s worth, we agree with Emily4331 on this – it’s the elevation that’s the most important part. Both of us have gone through umpteen makes and models where you are lucky to get more than a few months out of the fan before it is kaput.
If it’s one of the flat ones, you’re left very soon with nothing but a semi-attractive tea tray for breakfast in bed.
Really, it needs to be one that can be adjusted to various angles and allows good air flow underneath.
