FINAL DAY FOR VOTING! The Mare’s Nest SIX OF THE BEST Awards – Humbugmas 2010

If you’ve not voted yet, time to get your skates on – by midnight tonight (GMT), it’ll be all over!

Erm, bar some sort of monumental upset, it appears that those wanting to thank Crinrict for taking time away from her blog and Crazy Town to help them with the problems with their game thanks to dodgy custom content and patch disasters galore are going to get their way.

Most Entertaining Poster (Outside of the EA Forum)

By contrast, look at the battle going on here, with xXAngelicEvilXx a nose ahead of Figwit and Poida who are ironically neck and neck, with Zeri on their tails along with Sim Romanov, Vidkid20, Lady Emillye, Rosewin and Trif , and even Paco1200, Richdre, Simmerqueen and the Isz can’t be totally written off yet. Easily the tightest fight we’ve yet seen in this category.

‘Your Mother’s A Llama’ Insane/Inappropriate Trait Award for Simming Loony Of The Year (2nd Half)

Another fight to the death, as Sim Romanov goes head to head with the Demon Baby, but with Poida only 5 votes behind it’s still anyone’s guess which way this one’s going to go.

The Nearly Famous Award for Upstart Of The Year (2nd Half)

It’s been a tense two way battle almost from the start, but several well thrown wobblies appear to have given Ms Grumpy Toast the ‘Big Mo’ over SkyscraperFan. Vera was given the opportunity to defend her crown having pulled off the Warlock stunt for a year undetected by most (she and Comrade Warlock being one and the same), but the public clearly feel she’s far too sedate nowadays to retain the crown. Abeerkhan’s recent bumnuggetry has allowed her to catch up with LittleV.

The Open Award For Anything Else Not Yet Mentioned

It’s beginning to look like it’s between the Crazy Town joint remake of the old Sims 2 favourite versus ironically the machinima that the Crazytonians votes helped to win it an award at the Sims International Film Festival back in the autumn. Wicked Knight’s been losing ground more and more over the last few days, with Playermarko456 gaining on him for the third spot.

The Silver Tongue Award for Quote Of The Year (2nd Half)

It’s been Fishgirl4 in front almost from the start, with Figwit, Zeri and Paco1200 in hot pursuit. Then Zeri and Paco1200 began to slip back, xXAngelicEvilXx, Sunnisweety and RubyTheConFuzzled began to creep closer, only for Paco1200 to enjoy another brief spurt putting him back into contention.

Are we going to call our guess on this one? Are you kidding!
