Sunday saw a real disaster of a newcomer’s debut thread which saw both reprehensible and hilarious consequences.

To bring everyone that missed it up to speed, a new member called Rodulate posted their Sims model poses on the EA forum (and we all know what trouble model poses threads can cause – right Jix2993?!).

Immediately, Innuendo19 (under his alias of KingOfTheNight and later InnuendoKing) with TanyaRubirose in tow took great delight in accusing the new poster of trying to pass off Caturae’s creations as her own, repeatedly calling him a thief.

The Case Of Caturae

Let’s pause for a second for the likes of Figwit, Zhivan, and all the others that pay little attention to the politicking going on within the EA forum and those independent forums that tend to revolve around its regular clientel. For the name Caturae is central to much of what came to pass.

Caturae was a cause celibre when she replaced the bullying JKMartinez as a moderator at Simstopia in late June 2011 – one of this year’s new forums that’s done well despite having a tempestuous time of it – as the various drama queens and attention whores took off to their own forum to seek obscurity in their own right.

She in particular objected not merely to the drama-llama jockeys, but to the sinister manner they tried to play the ‘Pink Card’ as a moral bludgeon on anyone that disagreed with them or they regarded as competition for the limelight. Every perceived slight, every disagreement was transmogrified into an accusation of ‘gay hate’ against the perpetrator. It was as malicious as it was mendacious, and JKMartinez, Innuendo19 and their gang of ‘me too’s troll-fans were introducing a sinister element into Sims community feuding that had hitherto thankfully been largely absent.

Like all bullies however, they ran once Caturae stood up to them and others swiftly followed her example. Those running the EA forum finally cottoned on as well, and after the likes of Innuendo19, Bubblemaddie and their ilk starting getting permabanned, things calmed down with the ‘Me Toos’ not feeling so brave without their ‘big dogs’ to hide behind: the history of August/September 2009 repeating itself – new dramatis, same old plot routines.

However, one month later Caturae resigned from Simstopia to considerable shock across the Sims community considering her part in the forum’s remarkable renaissance, as the salad days of summer proved the salad days for a forum that could boast a hive of activity and Simming creativeness.

Ostentatiously, Caturae claimed it was because she was sick of the game, but we said it had more to do with being sick of the attention whores being let back into Simstopia by forum owner Miss Chatterbox (whom they’d stabbed in the back before), only after they’d burned their boats elsewhere at SimPure Thoughts, Sims Unbound and the Heinz 57 varieties of ‘girly’ clone forums. Caturae denied this had more to do with a feeling ‘oh, what’s the use!’ and ceased posting across the Sims world, although rumours abounded she was still in touch with Miss Chatterbox and others.

Innuendo19’s Amoral High Ground

Now, for a start, he admitted he didn’t care a damn about Caturae’s creations being stolen, it was supposedly the ‘principle’. Considering the history between him and Caturae, that alone took some swallowing, but what made matters worse was that he was accusing someone else of dishonesty, at the same moment he’d proven himself to be a liar and a fraud.

He’d cried and whined non-stop about his KingOfTheNight account being permabanned and having to come back in under KingInnuendo. Yet here he was a fortnight later using the same account he’d claimed was permabanned to cause trouble on the EA forum with.

In short, he’d lied through his teeth to NotSoLucky and the rest of his ‘friends’ – let alone everyone else – in order to court sympathy from his ‘besties’ like the worst sort of emo-vampire.

Anyone with two braincells to rub together at that point would have told him to go and do one, but as they in turn thrive on the excitement of his constant dramas, it was inevitable not one of them took him to task for lying – not stopping to consider for a moment what else he may have lied through his teeth about to them…

Caturae Drops The Bomb

The arguments raged on with Crazycatldy, LadyEmillye and others saying ‘innocent until proven’ and demanding the original poster be given a chance, whilst others like Buckosnort were horrified at the treatment being given to a new forum member.

But it was clear the Innuendo19 and TanyaRubirose led lynch mob weren’t interested in the slightest.

Conjecture, conjecture, conjecture  – one of TanyaRubirose’s trademarks in trolling aside from feigned expertise in every subject in the universe and using the largest number of words over the smallest amount of thought to ‘prove’ it.

Liltab1121 scaled new heights of bumnuggetry with the following:

‘I don’t know if he did or not, but it shouldn’t even have to be questioned whether or not it has happened. Meaning, it’s a high chance that he or she did.’

 

For the love of plumbob, please don’t breed!

But then came one hell of a bombshell…

Yes, Caturae: large as life – and twice as angry!

You see, ever since her disappearence, Innuendo19 had been claiming (amongst other things) to his ‘besties’ on various chatboxes and PMs that Caturae had left because she’d been permabanned from the EA forum, with the smug hint he’d orchestrated it through malicious reporting.

But now here she was not merely posting on her original account, but refuting the malicious garbage he and TanyaRubirose had hurled at a new member not out of any moral concern but because they’re a pair of evil bullies who see EA forum members are potential victims, not potential friends.

‘Every Troll For Themselves!’

No wonder Innuendo19 completely freaked out at this point, knowing that not only had Caturae shamed him once again, but he’d just been exposed as a complete liar yet again.

Yes, no honour amongst bullies, as Innuendo19 sought to deflect criticism of himself by turning against TanyaRubirose to save his worthless hide.

Even his fellow troll ‘besties’ that had turned up late to ‘the party’, only to find the party had been busted, were less than impressed at this point.

TanyaRubirose proved equally as desperate to backpedal.

‘The posted evidence is incontrovertible, as I have sufficient reason to doubt you would fake it. If anything, I have plenty of reason to believe, based upon that evidence and some of your posts, that you were just an unwitting victim of forum paranoia.’

One hour fourteen minutes earlier:

‘Considering there’s probably not even that many people currently playing Sims 3, the most probable result is that the sims were stolen and Rodulate is lying.  Also, keep in mind I generated that probability number quickly; the actual probability against is likely much higher.’

And this is the Attention Whorse who has in her signature, ‘Proof you can have the facts staring you in the face and still manage to not know what you’re talking about.’

 

That she said ‘I’m not doing this because Caturae said to; she’s only managed to give me another reason not to do this at all’ shows the lack of sincerity in her apology – her enormous ego overriding all over considerations, not least of all the fact Caturae had every right to be angry at TanyaRubirose when it was her good name being used by two bullies to bait a new member.

In short, this was a less crass attempt at self-preservation than that proffered by Innuendo19, knowing the very hate-mob she and Innuendo19 had tried to whip up were likely to turn against them and report all the vicious posts she’d made earlier.

By now, however, they’d gone too far to get out that easily.

As much as TtnFn04 was disgusted at the treatment given to Crazycatldy, she in turn was angry at the treatment being given to Caturae.

TanyaRubirose then proved that she could be every bit as utterly braindead as Innuendo19 with the following reply.

What? Caturae trolling and namecalling? Caturae was one of the nicest members of any forum, let alone the EA one. Indeed, she tended to disapprove of this here blog being one of that school of thought that in reporting bad behaviour we were ‘glamourising it’ or even ‘encouraging it’. Each to their own, although as far as we’re concerned our track record shows any flame merchant that ever thought that about us always ended up living to regret it.

Crazycatldy gave a polite but icy reply.

Innuendo19 meanwhile had completely lost the plot at Caturae’s arrival.

The insinuation being of course that Rodulate was really Caturae under a pseudonym. But if so, why would Caturae want to do so and have to make friends with people all over again.

Unless she feared being maliciously reported – and apart from Caturae herself, who else would ever know she’d received any warnings or forum suspensions (having never intimated as such to anyone about this happening) for what she’d posted… other than the person who was doing the reporting in the first place!

There was in fact a more mundane explanation for Caturae’s abrupt reappearence within the Sims community to be on hand to take a pivotal part in events as a deus ex machina, and that was the shocking news over the weekend that her friend Miss Chatterbox had resigned her position at the forum she’d founded – Simstopia – and was leaving the Sims world for reasons similar to that of Caturae (publicly: having grown fed up with the game and wanting to devote time to other things. Privately: fed up with all the petty politicking and intrigues), but more on that later.

In order words, Innuendo19’s innate capacity to fall flat on his face when trying to be a Smart Alec backfired on him again.

By now however Innuendo19 had gone into complete screaming meltdown.

Which gave TanyaRubirose in turn the opportunity to do unto him as he would do unto her, and sell his ass in order to rehabilitate herself.

But there was a gale blowing into his sail of Fail, and this was one ship of fools heading straight for the rocks.

You wish!

This sad little boy’s destructive craving for attention, everyone is talking about him, everyone is laughing at him – it’s like someone crossbred Lady Gaga with Orville The Duck.

This however proved his last post as KingOfTheNight as he switched back over to KingInnuendo.

Considering he lied about his account being permabanned last time, was anyone likely to believe it. It should however had constituted all the proof EA needed to permaban this account as well now they knew it was the same person.

‘And Now Monsieur, A Waffen Thin Mint?’

Then came the second twist of the evening, as another entrant to the fracas chose to make their feelings known:

We’d noticed WaffenThinMint (whose psychokitty avatar scares the shit out of us!) making one or two posts on the EA forum a while back, and privately feared this was another of the Sims Forums members drifting away the same way Cororon had gone. We doubt however they’ll be in much hurry to make posting on the EA forum a regular event after witnessing first hand what passes for the manner newbies are treated.

Innuendo19, espying a new victim to troll, immediately switched targets.

Tsk, tsk, Minty, don’t you know what a really important person that was you were talking to? You were supposed to ask for his autograph!

The only thing Minty was asking Innuendo19 to do however was grow up.

Bad Psychokitty – no treat!

 

To be fair to the Simgurus however, the thread had only started at 10pm the previous night, they would have still been waiting for us to tell them what was going on in their own forum before they got their fingers out!

Innuendo19 meanwhile was about to find out that he’d really picked the wrong target to bait this time!

This was the point where Innuendo19, already in complete meltdown, had now became atomised as he worked himself up into an even bigger prima donna than before.

This included having a screaming fit against Caturae:

(Yes it certainly is ‘unbelievable’ – because you’re making it all up as usual!)

Posting blank topics all over the forums yet again (General Discussion, Ideas & Feedback, and the Sims & Modelling sections) – what he always does when he’s having one of his little temper tantrums.

(Although in this case he was called out for it by one of his many ‘fans’ overfamiliar with his antics and began screaming like a spoilt child again)

He even gave WaffenThinMint a special thread all to themselves, which considering they’d just met shows what a smack in the face Minty’s posts had proven to the pathetic prima donna!

As usual the sad specimen then just had to play the ‘gay card’.

Innuendo19 will not have to face haters because of his sexuality (assuming he really is a 19 year old gay male anyway – he’s lied about just about everything else so far…), he will have to face them because he’s a downright selfish manipulative drama queen who treats other people as if they were his toys to use and abuse for his momentary amusement as he sees fit, not caring two damns about any hurt he causes others but screaming the walls down and running vendettas over anyone that so much as bruises his sugar-glass mega-ego.

You don’t need to take our word for it. This self-centred little scumbag has a history a mile long that saw him thrown out not only from the EA forum repeatedly and Simstopia but implode two flop forums of his own (OT Simmers and OTSimmers2, no relation to that other scummy one of the same name, btw!) because he sexually harassed a member called Kiefsaffa (despite being told they weren’t interested) and – hypocritically – called bisexuals ‘disgusting’.

As WaffenThinMint pointed out, if ever there was someone that by his consistent behaviour to date shouldn’t be allowed to join any forum by any owner in their right mind, it would be Innuendo19.

Never mind the weekend’s pantomime: he’s had more chances than a Monopoly player and blown every one of them. There comes a time when people have to start saying ‘this one is more trouble than they are worth’ , and bearing in mind they are known by the company they keep.

But as was also alluded to, part of the reason he’s been able to do so is encouragement from others enjoying him trainwreck and hurting others – and the only thing worse than the morons who troll are the morons that encourage them to do what they haven’t the guts to do themselves. They’re as big a part of the problem as all the Innuendo19’s and TanyaRubirose’s.
