Duck Soup From A Chicken

The backlash duly began appropriately enough over at Grumpy Toast to xXAngelicEvilXx uncovering the stone that is Simmering Sims Village Idiot section – with the woodlice underneath promptly scurying for cover now they found themselves in the light they’d craved for on the EA forum in the first place – as nice a little example of ‘be careful what you wish for’ as you could have hoped.

Zeri, the owner of Simpletons and Conorsim from Simstopia led the charge.

For Zeri, it’s one more bit of Sims community nastiness so many went to her forum to escape from.

For Conorsim of course this matter is a lot more disturbing. He is a world creator, and the task of running the World index on the EA forum was passed a month back from Rflong7/13 (as it was interfering with her time making more goodies for everyone to squee over) to Callum9432, who had been pursuing pertinence almost from day one of joining the EA forum, desperate to be a ‘star’.

Now that the World Index is in the grubby paws of someone with an axe to grind against those who offend the ‘big kids’ gang he’d long covered membership of (Which one? Anyone!), it’s a touch disturbing for those on the Create A World section of the EA forum, although AuntieLynds does keep her own back up version over at Custom Sims anyway -which since Regina passed over the reins and SookieLee became in charge of the CS herd (mooooooo!) has been somewhat orientating itself to specialising as a Worlds forum.

Vidkid20 over at Vidkid20’s Sim Lair was ready to despair, not least of all at the way people that have nothing to do with us were being targetted by Faith12368 and Pepperbutt’s SS as somehow being part of some great Mare’s Nest illuminati for daring to also object to seeing their friends or merely acquaintances being harassed and picked on over at the EA forum.

Strangely enough, there was an anti-Mare’s Nest blog that was all about ‘highlighting the positive parts of the community’. It lasted all of one week, hardly surprising considering the people behind it spewed that much hate and bile over the Sims community against their umpteen ‘enemies’ as to make it still-born.

Paco1200 meanwhile over at his own blog was furious when he read what Jarsie9, a schoolteacher (although she now claims to be retired, but that’s her story this week…) had to say how schoolchildren ought to be treated (ie. like something out of a Dickensian novel).

Unfortunately teachers like those experienced by Paco1200 are far from being rare – time servers only interested in a government inflated contributory pension or man-child/girly-women who can’t hack it in the adult world wanting lots of children to boss around all day and treat like s**t except for their favourites (and who inevitably prove useless disciplinarians when they encounter Mongo from the hard side of town who’s been shaving since kindergarden) You aren’t even safe from them in the private sector anymore, only slightly so.

Those who still see teaching as a vocation are a dying breed, and successive governments doing their best to drive them out in a litany of ‘initiatives’ for not being ‘team players’ (ie. scapegoating when their latest educational committee brainwave proves a doozy) doesn’t help.

But we digress. Another storm broke over another matter that cropped up, over TtnFn04 – someone we’ve pointed out for a while was a regular ‘Me Too’ to every troll on the block. As we’d mentioned earlier in the week, in her bid to suck up to the big kids and prove she could be all trolly and stuffs, she started an anti-Mare’s Nest blog.

As we said, if it kept one more troll – or in this case, the snivelling toady of trolls – off the EA forum and meant Simmers could get a bit of peace, then all to the good.  It’s a concept trolls never appear to grasp – a blog that names and shames bumnuggets going around bullying other Simmers is the last place on Earth likely to take the bait when they try directing their trolling in our direction.

They can run up as many hate-sites as they like against us, only to find we don’t start posting ‘boo hoo, they’re picking on me!’ the way their usual victims do. The more time they spend ranting and raving about us – ‘how dare they criticise my human right to make others online miserable to make myself feel big!’ – the better for everyone else getting some peace and quiet and the happier it makes us.

But if she was hoping for some sort of review of her efforts from us, she was going to be sorely disappointed, as we’ve a strict policy of ‘no platform for bumnuggets’ – no oxygen of publicity unless operations require it.

xXAngelicEvilXx and everyone else however saw matters in an entirely different light, not least of all because Ttnfn04 was rubbishing much the same people as to be found getting targetted in Simmering Sims – now isn’t that a remarkable coincidence!

From what AE had picked up on, you could have been forgiven for wondering whether Ttnfn04 was Windbag Erick back under yet another new alias considering the amount of blustering talking up of oneself going on. All it did however was give AE a veritable stockpile of ammunition to go Defcon-1 on Ttnfn04’s sorry hide.

It got worse though, as Ttnfn04 then committed the mortal sin of mortal sins.

Erm, time to quick skip past the inevitable and lighten the mood with Paco1200’s response!

‘To be honest, with how she’s behaving I would bet a porn site would be embarrassed if she listed them on her blogroll…’

Mind you, Paco1200 blew his own gasket about Ttnfn04’s blog on his one.

Hang on Paco1200, was that you or did you subcontract that last part of your post to xXAEXx?!

For Lady Emillye, it was a story she’s seen far too many times before.

Back at AE’s site, Miss Tickle and Jimmysnan however pointed out something else from what many were now beginning to wonder was really Ttnfn04’s thinly veiled publicity stunt blog from her Jennsims story blog (especially considering the way she was going on about other storytellers’ viewing figures): that was, the simple matter of the content not living up to Ttnfn04’s declared age.

If Ttnfn04 is the mother of a 13 year old girl with autism, we’d love to know where she’s got the time to run up two blogs and make some custom content to go with it saying what a bunch of big poopy pants we are. A child with autism can prove as demanding as having a whole squad of kids (indeed more when then enter the terrible teens).

At this point, there was one more twist in the tale, and a damn bizarre one at that – an anti-anti-Mare’s Nest blog!

The person behind this blog taking to task Ttnfn04’s silly efforts was one DCMadhaus.

Now to be fair, they picked up on the numerous open goals that Ttnfn04 had proffered, such as whinging about us ignoring them before denying they were trying to get our attention all in one post, accompanied by a giant chicken that appeared to be doing Groucho Marx’s dance for Lydia The Tattooed Lady (and which appears to show the first recorded instance of Hands On Neck Syndrome – is HONS related to St. Vitus’ Dance? The broth plot thickens…).

But then as also pointed out, by calling their own blog The Twat’s Nest they were therefore labelling themselves as twats, and not us – their intended target. Now you know another reason we never bothered mentioning them, with such a self-pwn from the off, our expectations were about as much as the life prospects of a Mayfly.

This blog however brought out into the open the fact that Ttnfn04 is a lot younger than she claims – certainly not old enough to have a 13 year old child even in Jeremy Kyle’s worst nightmares.

Face hidden for her own protection, but now you know the other reason why so many were now saying that this clown was lying through her teeth about having a 13 year old daughter, when it appeared more likely she was someone’s 13 year old daughter instead.

It should come as no surprise: she appears to change her stances – never mind her story – according to whatever suits her. Over on Armenian Twin’s blog two years ago, she was all for wringing Jarsie9’s neck, the same Jarsie9 she’s now saying we’ve had no right to criticise.

Oh how times change!

So much for Ttnfn04 – that leaves us with the mystery as to who this DCMadhaus is.

The explanation is simple – and prepare to fall off your seats:

Who is the author of those other two legacy blogs?

Yes, Earthgirl aka Earth Mama, who’s been cursing our name for the last month on the Simpletons chat with Cororon over the fall out at Sims Forums which apparantly was ‘all our fault’ (yeah sure!).

Fast forward to June, and now its:

‘a certain blog called The Mare’s Nest which is an anonymous blog that pokes fun at the simming world and jokes about the funny stuff happening on different sims forums, as well helping people finding out about trolls and reporting them.’

Oh, so all of a sudden we’re the bloody good guys again, is it?

Spare us your crocodile tears Earth Mama – you don’t give a s**t about anyone slagging us off (and that you don’t appear the remotest bit bothered about the other people Ttnfn04 has been targetting says it all). All you see out of this is lots of lovely drama to entertain yourself with – and an opportunity to throw your tuppenceworth in to give it a good stir and hopefully keep it going. You’re just as bad. Screw you and the bandwagon you just jumped on.

The worst part about the last few days has been the bringing of Ttnfn04’s silly baiting-us blog to the fore. This had the unfortunate consequence of somewhat diverting attention away from the fact these creeps were running vendettas against EA forum users from Simmering Sims, which judging from the warnings Madame_Lee has been receiving also indicate their intent is to drive off or have expelled all those from the EA forum that aren’t ‘kewl’ enough for them – 2009 and Aarin/GrammarKing/Shadow’s Hands On Neck Foundation all over again.

Catloverplayer (Sharkloverplayer), Caturae, Constance, Conorsim, Emily485 (an 11 year old girl, FFS!), Elizabetta, Madame_Lee, Momminator, Prestonmeeks, Taffstar and all the others being targetted by Simmering Sims for no other reason than the twisted psyche of a bunch of Mare’s Nest obsessed losers finds picking on them for ‘fun’ do not deserve this. That is the important part of this matter – good Simmers that do no harm to anyone targetted for no other reason than a shower of bullies’ deciding they want to make them unhappy.

And if you do not care for them, just remember that it is them being targetted on the EA forum for harassment and expulsion from malicious reports being sent to EA Customer Services, it could be you tomorrow.
