Fergus’ Mind Does It Again With Polstuart

It’s always a pleasure to see Fergus’ Mind’s productions over at Mod The Sims, and his latest one, Polstuart is another worthy addition to his collection.

This is based as always on a real life property, although on this occasion this is his interpretation of it in happier times.

Based on Poltalloch House in Argyllshire, but also on the interior of Haddon Hall in Derbyshire, Fergus’ Mind gives those downloading three different sizes to play around with and enjoy what sadly today is now a ruin since the removal of its roof in 1957 – an all too common practice with unoccupied homes in Scotland and Ireland in order to avoid property taxes which has resulted in the lost of countless valuable old properties to the elements as they are soon rendered beyond restoration.

Fergus does’t do things by half, so if you are wanting to try out a stately home on the more modest side with grounds for all sorts of alterations to suit your needs, give it a whirl.
